TheGodDamnBatman Posted December 30, 2013 Report Share Posted December 30, 2013 Figured I had to put a first post somewhere, here seems like a good spot!Some quick info, I'm 24, 5'11", about 165 lbs. I started training with free weights in september of this year, and put some girth on my arms and chest. I'm so glad I found this site, it's definitely given me a lot of inspiration to reach my goals. What are those goals? I'd like to be able to benchpress my bodyweight by the end of Feb. (I think this is a reasonable goal, I'm doing 3x10 of 110 right now) I'd also like to put on mass. I want to be a warrior. I've started increasing my calorie intake through larger meals, as well as protein shakes daily. Quote Link to comment
