Be Ninja Reporting for Duty! And personal 30 day get ripped challenge

one word: BADASS!

Keep it up man! I'm in the middle of my own personal challenge, only took some "before" pics and havent taken any pics yet until I finish the challenge. After that, I'm thinking of taking up the practice I've seen you and others do with taking weekly pictures or maybe even every other week in order to try and fine tune things. Again, keep it up man!

My 30 days are up. Here is my last pic. I don't see much difference from last week. It might be getting harder.

Trust me man, there are differences. You see yourself everyday so its hard to notice all the little details, but going through, pic to pic, you can really tell you put in the work. Great stuff, definitely gonna have to check out your blog later.
