ninpf
Hello all! I'm here to kick myself into better shape in any way I can: mentally, physically, etc. I started a small body weight routine a few weeks ago after reading a few articles on this site, but fell off the wagon and haven't been able to restart so I came back here for inspiration and joined the forum. I shall post more soon when I figure out my concrete goals. Quote Link to comment
mcdrew
Hi. Make sure you make small achievable goals that make you feel good when you get them done. What sort of activities are you doing? Quote Link to comment

ninpf
Mcdrew- Right now I'm working my way up to 100 pushups. That's really it. It isn't much but I've found my biggest challenge is actually being lazy and letting a routine fizzle out after a few days. I'm hoping being public about this I can use the encouragement or shame to keep going. MisseLaneius- Thanks for the link. I don't think I've read that one yet. Quote Link to comment
mcdrew
No shame in not achieving a goal. Reevaluation is the key to achieving it next time. Have goals ready, don't reach a goal with nowhere to go next. Do it. You want to. "If you fail to plan, you plan to fail". Quote Link to comment
