I found a bicep!

I was looking in the mirror tonight after a shower and said "what the hell?" and flexed where I imagine a bicep would be. I have done this a few times, always hoping to see some semblance of a muscle and always feeling like I'm not doing enough.

Tonight, however, I saw one. I have an honest-to-God bicep. It's not huge or well defined but, dammit, it's mine.

I know it's a small win that many have taken for granted but it's important to start somewhere right?

*Turns out I have another one on the other arm... who knew?

I have been feeling extra-jacked recently for whatever reason (probably all my pushups). It is always nice being able to see your work. Again, awesome avatar and keep up the great work!

thanks everyone. You can tell yourself that it's so you'll be healthier, live longer, accomplish great things... but it's really the small wins like this that keep us going.
