Went right from the workout to the shower and I had a hard time standing up in the shower, and for a minute I thought I might get sick. It's pretty much taking all of my energy to type this (and I already took one quick break from typing). Workout ended half an hour ago and I'm still shaky and exhausted. Quote Link to comment
