I've been looking for a good way to add strength training to my routine, and find a decent community to participate in. So far, so good! Right now I'm in week 5 of Couch to 5k with a goal of running my first 5k this Fall... My other goals are losing 15 pounds to be out of the "overweight" zone, and making sure my cholesterol is down.
