I love the ones posted here already! Today, I'll stick with Shane Koyczan. Derrick Brown: As for as the actual writing goes in the spoken word genre (I have a few of his books), Brown is on the top. And impeccable delivery, beautiful. Guante: Maybe not the soul lifting amazingness of the other two, but has some very cool stuff. Check out Love in the time of Zombies. He does great social activist work.
