I really enjoyed it - I think it may be a love or hate kind of book depending on how you take Vinnie Tortorich - I enjoy his podcast so took to the book.

 

Also if you read it expecting a pure fitness book you will be disappointed, because really its more of a memoir of a fitness guy with general advice on getting in shape. But I found it very interesting and well written - and motivated me to get out and exercise on my terms. Planning to give it a reread since I fell off the wagon over the holidays :(
