SweetSisi
Hey, I'm socially awkward.... *walks away* ----------------------------------- the humour portion of this introduction has been canned ------------------------ I'm a performer, clown, backstage hand, teacher and student these days. I'm a part of a small town circus troupe, and I'm enamoured and want to make my skills really honed so that I can go back to the big city (Mad Skillz!) and not feel like a bumpkin. : P I have some things to overcome. The first being my current weight. I weigh 160-165 depending on how I ate the night before. To overcome the weight I need to change my diet. I'm a binge eater, and my diet is really lazy relying on grains and dairy. Overcoming the weight will help me do what I want to do, which is hand balancing. In addition to losing weight I need to gain strength .... everywhere. And be more flexible. Hand balancing will help me get the strength to do something I *really* want to do but don't think I can.... which is aerial arts. : D But first's first. Quote Link to comment

Alpha
Welcome to the forums fellow performer! You'll find this community to be somewhere between "the shyte" and "The cat's meow" So basically, awesome and welcoming. Quote Be willing to give up what you are for what you may become.
