Obitim Posted January 8, 2014 Report Share Posted January 8, 2014 So after nearly 3 weeks of (last weights session was on 23rd December), I've decided to get back down the gym...managed 2 runs so far since new year, knocking 50 seconds off my second run (having an appointment to keep may have helped with that) but I;ve not yet gotten up the guts to go back into the gym for more strength training. Well, that changes today and I'm gonna get back down there and try lifting what I was before I took the break! In other news I'm finally getting sorted with my credit card debt, have come clean to my other half and we're now in the process of getting that bad boy down and the 5 year plan for Canada is in place!
