illie Posted August 10, 2011 Report Share Posted August 10, 2011 Hi there, So I decided to get back in shape. I used to be able to run and do whatever I liked without even breaking a sweat. Now just one year into this desk job and I'm ballooning like crazy. I haven't stepped on a scale but I'm easily 30 pounds overweight. I'm no stranger to dumbbells and jumpropes, I just need to keep it up and not be satisfied after a few pounds or because I feel stronger one day, because it won't last if I don't maintain it. I've been reading some of the stuff on this site and board for a few days and I gotta say I'm really impressed with some folks' results and determination. Also the incredible encouragement everyone seems to be giving to others is amazing. Anyway, nice to meet you all and keep up the good work all the best, Johan Quote Link to comment
