Alright. Time to throw down!

Off the wagon, MIA, the usual, 25-slide and generally down hill.

None of that! We are having NONE OF THAT!

So I've decided to switch it up w/ some paleo diet goodness, though I still have some dairy and a splash of grains here and there with my breakfast shake. Going to start with that, then work up to the body weight routine again, though I'm still doing some chin-ups to, stay a bit active. I know beans/legumes are up in the air for paleo-strictness, but I had some on hand and was going to eat them. Last night I had some pork chops topped with sauteed onions with a side of green beans. That's going to be my lunch also in about 2 hours. I think I'll try to whip up some sort of egg/avocado dish for dinner.

So... that's where I'm headed!
