jducrot Posted August 11, 2011 Report Share Posted August 11, 2011 Hi Everyone, I'm Jean and I am enlisting from Wilton, NY, just north of Albany. This is my second enlistment of sorts as I spent 7 years in the US Air Force before taking off in 2007. 4 years later I have ballooned to 280 lbs, so it's time to do something about it. I discovered NF a few weeks ago, not sure how now. The site was pretty cool but what resonated with me was the paleo diet info I found through Steve's posts. I checked out a few of the linked blogs and I have decided to take them up on the 30 days challenge. My main goal is to drop weight, to get back to 200 lbs.
