Kaylya Posted January 17, 2014 Report Share Posted January 17, 2014 http://www.kickstarter.com/projects/1588672538/pantheon-rise-of-the-fallen I'm an EverQuest (and WOW) veteran who has found a lot of cool things in more recent MMOs, but also that a lot of things have been lost since EQ as MMOs have moved more mass market and they've mainly been following the WOW model with some innovations. Brad McQuaid, one of the guys behind EQ and Vanguard, is working on a new MMO project that hits a lot of the things that I find are lacking in terms of building community etc in the games. I'm cautiously optimistic, so I've backed the project at $45 (for alpha/beta/release copy). Thought some people here might be interested in hearing about it.
