xoek
I have also had success employing the grease the groove method in various exercises, push ups, dips, etc. at one point years ago I was doing sets of 25 dips, I was hella impressed with my progress. Another suggestion is to implement a progression where you start off with easier variations of the exercise like a wide hand push up where you place your hands greater than shoulder width apart and work up reps and strength there then after reaching your goal with that version progress to a more advanced version of the exercise like a military style push up with your hands shoulder width apart and start again from there until again you reach your goal, and so on and so forth. I got all the way up to doing inclined diamond push ups for reps during my workouts using that method Quote Link to comment
Styx
Been trying to do 100 push-ups, but I'm not doing 1 per day. I started at 15, and I'm now at 34. Quote Level 3 STR 5.25 DEX 3.5 STA 10 CON 6 WIS 4 CHA 0Cycling challenge Link to comment
