Bouldersnap Posted January 26, 2014 Report Share Posted January 26, 2014 Today marks my 6th week of lifting 3 times a week, walking more that 10k steps to improve my general health and 60 days of sticking to a chemical free diet. My energy is awesome, my weight plummeted and finally is stablilizing and my strength gains have been fantastic. It might be beginner's rush, but I dont give a crap. This is friggin awesome! I just turn on my favorite walking music, grab the dogs rope and drag a great dane around the living room.
