Cookie351
So for a bit of background, I've had mental health issues on and off since I was 12, and have eaten appallingly as a result. At my worst, when I was 17, I was going through up to 2 mcdonalds meals plus chocolate a day. I've slowly been improving and, even though I'm not perfect, I've gotten a lot better and my psych told me today that I'm "in the best and healthiest mental state I have ever seen you in". I now eat well by habit, feel ill when I have even a small amount of sugary/fatty food, and exercise 5 or 6 days a week.WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOT!!!!!! 2 Quote Level 2 Mountain Dwarf, Female, Age 20.Training to become Pepper Potts, and on standby to run away with the Doctor.Credit and all rights for my profile picture to pikalacynique on deviantart Link to comment
Flex Luthor
That is amazing! I really needed to see someone else succeed with this. Been battling with the mental health demons for a long time myself. Thanks for being an inspiration Quote "I like you just the way you are" - Mr. Rogers In Br0din's name we gain. Link to comment
