Posted January 29, 2014 Report Share Posted January 29, 2014 One of my goals for this challenge period was simply to get back to my old 3-rep back squat PR of 295#, since I just started squatting again after a long break. Today, first time squatting since I started the challenge, I got up to 305#. Old 1-rep max was 300#. Not too bad for not feeling great during warm-up this morning!
