Hey,

I'm not big on intros but I'm a big fan of fitness and Olympic lifting and am also a huge nerd so when I stumbled on this site it seemed like a natural fit.

I'm an ex hockey and lacrosse player who found CF a few years ago, played with it for a while and have been focused on the Olympic lifts for the last year and a half or so with the ultimate goal of qualifying for Nationals at 77kg. I'm a software/web guy by day and night but I devote my evenings to lifting and helping others do the same. I hope to be able to help NF members on this front as well.
