I personally have more of a lacto-paleo diet and would doubt the negative impact of milk in coffee if that's the only place you consume it. Here Here!! This is exactly what I've done all through my weight loss period and its worked well for me. Just enough of a splash of skim or 1% to make it light. mmmmAny whole bean coffee, fresh ground with a French Press (they're like $12 from Ikea.. real cheap) is excellent. Quote Link to comment
