KateElizabeth Posted February 24, 2014 Report Share Posted February 24, 2014 Hi there I'm Kate Elizabeth and I live in the UK. 5ft 4incurrently 140lbs (can vary from 129lbs - 140lbs)Diet is mostly based around Weight Watchers (followed to lose 63lbs) but feeling generally jaded with itExercise is currently non-existent! Diagnosed with arthritis (affecting my ankle joints!) last week and will not let this rule my life - I want to be healthy and strong I've decided to join the 6-week challenge to get me into exercising again and accountable for doing that. My GOAL is to wear a size 8, be healthy and strong. SPECIFIC MINI GOALS TO MOVE THERE* Do the beginning bodyweight workout at least 3 times a week, using a low impact warm up* I will plan my meals week to week with a focus on cleaner eating* I will walk at least 3 days a week to help mobility in my ankles and help burn calories LIFE QUESTTo have a weekly date night with hubby WHY ARE YOU HERE?
