I just wanted to introduce myself I'm constance, a completely hobbit right now I'm working to become a ranger, starting with some changes on the diet and a daily simple workout, -long ones are scary-I began trying to get healthy a couple of years ago, getting into trapeze art, and a lot of stuff, and failing epically due to the lack of a proper diet.so setting goals,-lost a 5% of fat level this month- get on short sessions of daily training-start working on a propper diet.-working on muscle!hope to see you around! 2 Quote Link to comment
