hi! I just wanted to introduce myself I'm constance, a completely hobbit right now 

I'm working to become a ranger, starting with some changes on the diet and a daily simple workout, -long ones are scary-

I began trying to get healthy a couple of years ago, getting into trapeze art,  and a lot of stuff, and failing epically due to the lack of a proper diet.

so setting goals,

-lost a 5% of fat level this month

- get on short sessions of daily training

-start working on a propper diet.

-working on muscle!
