Greetings everyone,

I am a college student looking to get in shape, I've been doing weight lifting and running for over a year now.

 

I would like to learn more about working out and nutrition, currently on a regular sugar-free diet and got a gym membership.

I am 19 and I live in Croatia, so if anyone needs a gym buddy let me know, looking forward to it :)

 

My goals are to be able to run 10k, lift (bench) my own weight and be able to do a reasonable number of push-ups and pull-ups, I weight 78kg.

 

Would love to read up on people's stories and share my experience :)
