PR's and compliments

I've been doing Crossfit for a few months now, and I've always struggled with 1) generating power from an explosive hip hinge and 2) getting under the bar on a clean

 

We were doing hang squat cleans at the gym last night and on one of my lifts, the coach complimented me on my form and technique! 

 

I'm also progressing on the amount of weight I'm lifting. I haven't deadlifted anything more than 185 lbs but yesterday I sumo deadlifted 225lbs! And I cleaned 125lbs, which is another PR for me!

 

Excited to keep on progressing :)
