Really positive and strip away all the fad diets and training techniques.I have completed my first week of paleo (cake is my kryptonite) and after a month have completed my first set of ten pull ups EVER! 2 months ago one was beyond me so I'm absolutely stoked! Why can everyone in the whole damn world do pull-ups after just a couple of months except me????I hate you. I really do. In fact I may never speak to you again.
