masterchief044 Posted March 8, 2014 Report Share Posted March 8, 2014 Hey guys! A bit about me...I just turned 30 years old last month. I've been married for a year, three dogs, no kids (yet). I've changed a lot in this past year. I climbed Pikes Peak, my first 14,000+ ft mountain with my brother, such an unforgettable experience. I've quit smoking after a decade of being a smoker (no cigarettes in 2014!). Last year, I was 250 lbs (~28% body fat). Now I weigh 230 lbs (~15% body fat). I am running 1.5 mile in 10:13, and a 5K in like 25 mins. One of my goals is to be able to bench press 225 lbs and do 10 pullups, and 50 pushups in one minute. I've just started the Paleo diet and I feel great! I'm in the best shape of my life and I want to continue my new-found love for strength and endurance training! I'm really glad to have discovered this site and look forward to sharing my progress and supporting others in their quests! 3 Quote Link to comment
