luke
Hi everybody my name is Luke, thanks for having me.I'm 26, from Germany. I am currently doing an internship for my college studies. Weight has been an issue quite a long time. I don't know when it startet. But looking back at pictures I don't see me as big or chubby, just a normal guy. But it has been on my mind since I was ten or so. In 2009 I was 9 months in the Army. During that time I did weigh 95 kg / 209 lbs and was quite comfortable with that. Back to the present,Been reading the Blog for over a year and a few weeks ago I read a little in the forum and decided I want to be activly involved. I also started an internship few weeks ago. Thats also the reason why I live back at home with my mother. Which is great because she was always into fresh and healthy food. What is also good about it, is that pretty close to our house are some fields where I like to run. I'm currently at 99 kg / 218 lbs with a height of 176 cm / 5 feet 9.My goal for the next months is 90 kg /198 lbs. Think that would be a great weight that makes a visible difference and would make running and sports a lot easier. Other things I want to change:Running twice per weekWalking to the trainstation twice per week Doing the Rebel Core Workout dailyAvoiding carbs like pasta, bread... Other goals will follow. The past two days I already walked to the train station. I've added a screenshot from Libra which I use to track my weight. The white bars indicate the weight, the trend line is red. So it is going down as long as I don't forget tracking. I guess I am a half-orc and for the class I think I would like to be a ranger. 2 Quote Half-Orc218 lbs 5'9" Link to comment
