moolfson Posted August 27, 2011 Report Share Posted August 27, 2011 Well, I lost 80 lbs about a year ago pretty much just by adjusting my diet (lo-carb, no sugar), and have managed to keep it off, but I leveled out and at 351lbs 6ft5in and couldn't loose any more, I figured I'd be a fat guy all my life. I tried a bunch of exercise programs but they inevitably seemed to be targeted at people who were already in shape, or they were borrrrrrrring. Well, today I did my first angry birds workout! I'm stoked. It's a workout that allows me to, you know, use the conventions of gaming! Seems like it shouldn't make a difference, but man. It was great. Here's to losing another 80 lbs, and getting back in fighting shape!
