Well, I lost 80 lbs about a year ago pretty much just by adjusting my diet (lo-carb, no sugar), and have managed to keep it off, but I leveled out and at 351lbs 6ft5in and couldn't loose any more, I figured I'd be a fat guy all my life. I tried a bunch of exercise programs but they inevitably seemed to be targeted at people who were already in shape, or they were borrrrrrrring.

Well, today I did my first angry birds workout! I'm stoked. It's a workout that allows me to, you know, use the conventions of gaming! Seems like it shouldn't make a difference, but man. It was great. Here's to losing another 80 lbs, and getting back in fighting shape!

Here's my very first angry bird!

Squats 30| 20 13 x x x| 33 ***

Push Ups 40| 10 8 8 6 5| 37 0 (incline)

Back 30| 30 x x x x| 30 ***(more weight next time)

Planks 60s| 22 32 19 x x| 73 **
