Hello everyone!

 

I've been lurking on this site for quite sometime now and finally decided that I had enough knowledge to start my transformation.  I used to do Crossfit and Paleo 5-6 days a week back in Hawaii. I was in the best shape of my life and enjoyed doing crazy things with my box (midnight WODS's on the top of mountains, going on hikes with our gear and doing WOD's in crazy places).  I got engaged and relocated to Las Vegas where my now husband and I succumb to the temptation of all the alcohol and incredibly cheap buffets.  I'm now 25 @ 190.6 pounds and sick of poisoning myself.  I am ready to transform my life and get back in the best shape of my life!

 

My goals are:

 

Bring down my body fat % to 22-25%

 

Complete a Spartan/Tough Mudder without skipping any obstacles

 

I love video games and love the idea of creating a real life character. It makes things easier when working out is fun!
