Hello from Western NY

So what are your goals? What are you working on?

I'm currently 5'7" 224.5lbs, started at 238. I am working on lifting heavier and doing more body weight exercises to get stronger, while also lowering my body fat%. I work out hard and eat right and have been doing so for the last 6 weeks and I'm noticing an increase in strength so that's very motivating.

Cool! Sounds like you are on the right path! Feeling strong is an awesome feeling!

I have just started lifting myself. A lot of the NF lifters do the Strong Lift 5x5 program (SL5x5). I haven't tried free weights yet. But I will in a future challenge.

Are you going to sign up a challenge?

I'm not quite sure how the challenges work, but they sound awesome, so I imagine in the near future I'll be signing up.
