Hi! my name is Roy miller ,I've lived in South Jersey for pretty much my whole life. I enjoy working out, going to the beach, swimming, riding bikes - basically anything outdoors. Fitness and Athletics have been a passion of mine my entire life. My passion for health and the human body has led me to work in the fitness industry, and I love what I do. Since beginning as a personal trainer in 2008, I have provided excellent care to many people groups including disabled, elderly, athletes. My experiences and relationships have led me to much growth and learning, and have made me a better person.
