Meena Posted March 20, 2014 Report Share Posted March 20, 2014 Hi, I'm new here! Trying to lose a few pounds and have lost about 7-8 lbs in the last 2 months from eating healthier. I just found this site last week, and have read a lot of the articles. I just started the body weight workouts, and am gradually moving from girly pushups to real ones Very gradually (2 out of 10 were real pushups today). After reading a lot, I've finally decided on my goal for now - 2 days of body weight workouts alternating with 2 days of half-hour runs. Along with doing more walking, and getting out dancing on the weekend. And I am continually fine-tuning my diet too. I'm usually able to lose weight if I try, but it's harder now being in my 30's.
