Branwyn32 Posted May 12, 2010 Report Share Posted May 12, 2010 I know that seems like nothing, but seriously, I have one of those stubborn bodies where I could eat lettuce and run all day and gain weight. I build muscle very easily...fat just does not move off me most of the time. But hey, weighed myself after my hashing trail tonight, and down a few lbs. Small victory but it's a big deal to me! Especially considering the only time I've ever been able to lose weight was when I was raw vegan a year and change ago, or anorexic as an angsty teen. And I was actually able to jog occasionally a little on the trail instead of just walking. Win! Quote Link to comment
