Spyda78 Posted March 26, 2014 Report Share Posted March 26, 2014 Hello I'm a 30 yr old stay at home dad from Ohio. I'm extremely over weight, but working on changing that. I've been weight lifting since the beginning of the new year, but with no real plan. I started out using a lot of the machines, but been doing mainly compound movements except squats cause my form is bad and killing my knees. I'm also in the process of getting gastric bypass and hoping to get help with not losing muscle with extreme weight loss. Thanks for allowing me to be apart of your community. 1 Quote Link to comment

Even if it is weight related there should be some work arounds available, and hey, if weight is the case then you are gonna shred those squats in due time anyhow! Looking forward to progress reports!
