I'm Yoshiii, 18 years of age (just recently graduated), hailing from that one country in Asia. I found this site while randomly Googling "ways to warm up" (thanks Google). I didn't really hang out around the site till a few days ago, when I saw that one ad on the site with the tagline/quote/thing "get healthy without a gym". I do go to the gym occasionally, but I'm not exactly very well-read on...well, just about everything. But I sorta did it because it's a teenager thing, you know? Some of my buddies went to the gym, went from skinny to pretty damn buff in a year or so, and it got me interested. Another reason why is because I've found a new interest: boxing (the choice I won't chicken out of). I wanted to give it a try, since I figured getting punched in the face might do me some good. Also, because Mike Tyson (curse him and his first round knockouts). Anyway, nice to meet all of you! 1 Quote Link to comment
