Lost 3 kilos in a week and a half!

Wow, that's a lot!

Don't be disheartened if that slows down after the first week. Often you get a BIG drop on the scales to start with because you lose a lot of water weight.

I would be worried if you lost that much, that fast regularly. If you have a lot to lose then I'd say a kilo a week would still be as fast as you'd want to drop.

But well done!
