Often you get a BIG drop on the scales to start with because you lose a lot of water weight. I would be worried if you lost that much, that fast regularly. If you have a lot to lose then I'd say a kilo a week would still be as fast as you'd want to drop. Azarok Posted April 5, 2014 Author Report Share Posted April 5, 2014 Oh its not the first week guzzi, i've been losing weight steadily for 3 months before that at around 0.5kg a week. Eating no crap sped up the process by 4 times. Best case, ill lose 8 kilos by the end of this month, worst case around 6 Quote Link to comment
