fiore_selvatico
Hello again! I have a really bad lower back from years of hardcore cheerleading. I had a buldging disc right where I have a small curve in my spine so theres some nerve damage and lots of pain. Until I started powerlifting training I never realized how weak my back is! Its nearly impossible for me to use my back for exercises, I always compensate with my legs. What is the best thing I can do to get my strength back up?Thanks! Quote Link to comment

JPrev
In your other post you have a lot of structural loading in the workout plan - have you seen someone about the bulging disc and gotten a medical (doctor, physical therapist) recommendation on those exercises? 1 Quote Link to comment
