I've been slowly getting myself back in shape and the result s so far have been great! Still, I've now decided to join the Finnish Army and I wanted to properly motivate myself to get in shape. So far I've been a bit lazy with my workouts and haven't set any proper goals so I thought maybe joining a community would be something that would help with that. After all, I see all of you cool people here managing mind blowing results and what could motivate more than that? I don't know what else to put here but if you have any questions feel free to ask! The current 6 week challenge will be finishing soon, so its a good time to start thinking about some goals so you can join in the next one.
