Shout out

Thanks for the shout out Steve. I'm guessing my fiancé set that one up :)

Had my last chemo session yesterday. It's been 6 long months but I got through it. Now I can't wait to get back the fitness I lost. I've been going for walks to get some fresh air and exercise but anything more would tire me out.

Anyone have tips on where I should start after being out for so long? I was thinking of starting with the beginner part in RSG and getting back on my bike. I was doing Kung Fu before but I'd like to get my strength back before going back.
