It's been 6 long months but I got through it. Now I can't wait to get back the fitness I lost. I've been going for walks to get some fresh air and exercise but anything more would tire me out. Anyone have tips on where I should start after being out for so long? I was thinking of starting with the beginner part in RSG and getting back on my bike.
