Room For Improvement

Hello everyone! I am a college student, I work at a fast food place, and I have recently turned 24. I have been wanting to tone my body and maybe add a little bit of weight.  I love to dance and meditate but my busy schedule seems to have gotten in the way of things so everything has been put on hold.  I feel that I have motivation problems, self esteem issues and also procrastination. Although I have taken a sudden interest in Parkour/Freerunning so maybe somehow this will help me get on the right track because I always like to try something new. 

 

Well that concludes my post..I have never been that good with first posts.
