Sayako
Hello! I am Sayako. I suffered with anorexia nervosa in my teens, and was deemed "recovered" last year. Last year, however, I had a medication-induced period of compulsive overeating that moved my BMI from 16.4 to 23.8. I don't care that much for BMI, but, at 16.4, I had some muscle definition (thank god that some of my past psychiatric hospitals have had gyms and let me use them). At 23.8, and with no regular exercise or eating regimen, I'm rather a blob. I'm currently in a psychiatric hospital following a psychotic episode, so I don't have very much control over my eating, but I can make the most fitness-conducive choices possible on the hospital menu, and I find that exercise is a brilliant way to pass the long hospital days. So, here I am. Sayako, 18, from the UK. 156cm, 120lbs. Body fat percentage unknown (I hope to find out soon). Wish me luck. 1 Quote Link to comment

Prairie
Hi Sakayo! Not sure if I'm misunderstanding something, but at 156 cm and 120 lbs, your BMI would be 21.9, not 23.8. Anyway, welcome, and good luck with your goals! Quote Race: Ferret | Class: Assassin | Level: 4 | STR: 6 DEX: 3 STA: 1 CON: 5 WIS: 7 CHA: 3Battle Log | Challenges: 1, 2, 3 Link to comment
