I'd suggest following the Warriors after you do a Level 1 Rebels challenge. And stick to the basics, as boring as that may seem. They work. Eat less processed foods and stick to quality meats, vegetables, and fruits. Drink water and not soda (or even juice). Start doing bodyweight training (aka calisthenics) and then look into free weights. You don't need an expensive gym. I get by with second hand stuff and making creative use of everyday items. There's this guy named Teros who's made a basement gym of the most amazing home-made weights. And get 8 hours of sleep per night. There's plenty of good advice in the forums, and have a good look through some of the articles on the main website.
