Zenobia Posted September 1, 2011 Report Share Posted September 1, 2011 Hello Everyone! I've been lurking here at this forum and reading the blog posts for a couple of months. In fact, I'm currently on a 7-day eating plan from Chad Waterbury that I read about on this forum. (Trying to break through a plateau -- seems to be working!) I've been trying to manage weight issues pretty much all of my life -- it doesn't help that I have a job that keeps me on the road alot. But in the past few years, I've tried to get serious -- training to walk a couple of marathons, joining a gym and working out pretty regularly (goal 6 days/week). There have been some hiccups along the way, but fin the past year or so I've gone down 3 dress sizes and shed 41 pounds. My diet is largely low-carb, I lift 3 days/week and walk 3 days/week (everything tracked at Daily Burn). I love the 6 week challenges, so decided to delurk to join all of this great energy in the next round! Quote What you eat in private you wear in public. Link to comment
