PVS: The 60 Day PLP Challenge

To be fair, I am seeing a lot of gains, my press ups are getting much stronge,r I'm gettign stronger and my pulls are getting easier, I'm also seeing an improvement when lifting...not huge amounts but a bit!

 

i still seem to be trimming down as well, although not losing weight, getting that hard sort of core that fit people have! :)

 

It is starting to get harder tho, feeling the difficulty now that I'm in the latter half!

Day 41...

 

it;s getting harder to fit in all the exercises but I'm still going strong, managed to power through my cold and I'm on the other side!

 

I'm definitely seeing a change in my strength now... doing the reps is not as hard so that is a bonus!

 

Although I am looking forward to day 60 when I can take a bit of a rest from it!
