MsMoneypenny Posted September 3, 2011 Report Share Posted September 3, 2011 In July, I decided that I was tired of being overweight, but more importantly that I was sick and tired of being weak. I moved into my current apartment in February and was absolutely disgusted with how much help I needed moving my own furniture. Luckily for me, I found the article on NF about Spezzy and decided that if she could do it, so could I. I purchased the Rebel Strength Guide and just finished Rank 1 of the bodyweight exercises. The scale hasn't really budged, but my clothes are thisclose to being too big, and I know that I'm stronger. Today, I decided to rearrange my living room furniture. I moved every piece (multiple times!) by myself. The yell I let out at the end had my dog running for cover, and my confidence has skyrocketed. Bring on the September 5 challenge!!!!
