I'm a gamer who's into everything from video games to tabletop RPGs to arcades and laser tag!Unfortunately, I also suffer from being overweight and living an unhealthy lifestyle. When I saw the success stories for Nerd Fitness, they made me believe that I can change my life for the better as well. I've wasted a lot of time trying "get skinny quick" methods, stuffing myself with supplements, and endlessly failing to show up to the gym for work-outs due to one excuse or another.
