thescrawnycaveman Posted September 5, 2011 Report Share Posted September 5, 2011 Everything Carjack said, plus try and run them together, like sprint to a wall, jump and grab onto the ledge with just your fingers and shimmy across. Just try and string all the movements together. Upper body strength, grip strength and balance are probably the three most important things to focus on (though you still certainly need to work on all the other stuff). Quote Link to comment
