I've been following Steve's blog for about a year now, own the Rebel Fitness Guide, and even have the t-shirt. I figured it was about time to join the forums. My main reason for joining is that this past week, my husband and I went Paleo. After being in denial about my diet for the last entirety of my life, I decided if I wanted to see changes, it was time to make changes. The workout portions of my lifestyle have never been the hard parts. I actually enjoy working up a sweat. I've always had a hard time losing weight, which has caused many a frustration for me in the past. The most success I've ever had is when following the advice on Nerd Fitness. However, even though I followed "most" of the advice given, I kept convincing myself I could be successful without changing my diet.Well, I'm here to confess I've swallowed my pride. Hoping to find lots of paleo advice here, as well as support while I finally, fully commit to changing my life. Looking forward to getting to know you all. <3 1 Quote Link to comment
