I was hoping that working out & losing weight would bring it down to normal, but didn't actually think it would for some reason. Well, I had my BP measured last night and it was 113/89, which is normal! Also, I've lost 23.3 lbs since January 9th. Seems like a modest loss, but I can tell a big difference in how I look & feel.
