Ataraxia
This challenge is little to see if you can make a habit that you want to keep. I challenge you to do this for two weeks and then evaluate how long you want to keep doing it. If it is not challenging enough feel free to add a multiplier. Alternate between routine A (lower body) and routine B (upper body-ish) every time the sun rises. A: Your base # of SQUATS + 1 more than yesterday's total x multiplier + Your base # of LUNGES + 1 more than yesterday's total x multiplier B: Your base # of BURPEES + 1 more than yesterday's total x multiplier + Your base # of PULLUPS + 1 more than yesterday's total x multiplier You can do however many you wish in a day, but you have to complete each set before the next rise of the sun. If you are like me and can't do real pullups, do pullups with a stool or other assistance, start with a small base number, focus on proper form, and increment by one with no multiplier. Here is a Google Doc where you can keep track:LINKOn this document please enter the total for each day that you have done for each exercise. This can be a rolling challenge, though I will be done two weeks from now. I'm going to put my base data in tomorrow. P.S. I'll be doing fencing lunges, but you can do normal ones, or farmer's walks, or jumping lunges, or your favourite variation. Quote Hostile intent is imminent. You prepare for battle. Link to comment
Ataraxia
P.S. You win by being consistent, doing it every day and doing the numbers you promised. That means you don't have to choose crazy numbers or multipliers for yourself. At the end if many people won at habit-forming we can have a tie-breaking competition. Quote Hostile intent is imminent.
